We are looking for a
Retail Servicing Senior Lawyer
to team up with our Legal Services Retail team.

We have a highly motivated and talented team with strong experience and legal background. This is a senior profile position requiring interaction with all management levels across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Retail Legal Services, the role holder will be responsible for delivering strategic and effective solutions for distressed debt portfolios, supporting financial institutions and investors across the region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide legal guidance on the design and execution of NPL recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and judicial procedures.
  • Draft and review contracts, settlement agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Represent and/or advise the company in negotiations, pending legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions options.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external legal partners.
  • Advise the company's internal departments and provide legal opinions on all relevant matters (e.g. insolvency, enforcement procedures, judicial debt recovery and regulatory compliance).

Professional Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in law; Master's degree or specialization in banking/financial law is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in NPL, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency, enforcement procedures, and debt recovery.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent command of the MS office suite.
