With more than 25 years of operation and an organized work environment in the center of Athens, Fragou Law Firm wishes to include a Lawyer for internal exclusive cooperation in its team.

Fragou Law Firm has a broad experience in banking and enforcement law covering every legal issue which arise for its clients, in Greece as well as abroad.

In an environment which is constantly getting more competitive, law firms need to have a high academic background, significant experience and practice, as well as deep knowledge of the particularities of Greek legislation. Recognizing that efficiency depends on experience and specialization, Fragou Law Firm, through its extensive network of internal and external associates and legal teams, aims to support its clients and provide them with the highest quality of personalized services most efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
  • Representation of clients in Athens courts
  • Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings
  • Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

  • BSc in Law
  • MSc in relevant law topics will be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate lawyer
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
  • Computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly analytical skills with strong attention to detail
