Position Summary

The Trainee Lawyer will support the Legal Team across a wide range of corporate and operational matters. The role offers exposure to all aspects of a modern in-house legal department, including litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance, regulatory research, and general legal assistance to various business units. This position is ideal for someone who wishes to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and understand how legal work aligns with business strategy in a fast-growing scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Draft judicial and extrajudicial documents (extrajudicial notices, lawsuits, etc.)
• Collect the supportive documentation for court cases and co-represent the companies before civil courts.
• Assist the Legal team in a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
• Help in drafting, reviewing, and organizing company documents and contracts.
• Contribute to compliance-related tasks and internal processes.
• Provide legal advice on day-to-day matters across departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Maintain legal records, files, and documents.
• Monitor and report on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

• Degree in Law from a Greek university.
• Registration as a Trainee Lawyer with a Greek Bar Association.
• Strong interest in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Good command of MS Office; familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
• A proactive, collaborative, and eager-to-learn mindset.
