desires to recruit a Lawyer for its Contracts, Compliance and Regulatory (Pharma) team within the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating, reviewing and drafting agreements with a focus on corporate/commercial matters (agreements for services; confidentiality; licensing; software as a service; distribution; sale and purchase; IT; recruitment; etc.).
  • Drafting and negotiation of various legal documents with a focus on corporate and business law (corporate documents; policies; codes; etc.).
  • Participation in creating and reviewing contracting activity support tools (contracting policies, playbooks, instructions etc.) under the guidance of the team.
  • Legal support and advice in the area of corporate and commercial law including compliance for pharma and other corporate clients.
  • Actively participate and contribute to meetings with clients and in negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • A University degree in Law.
  • 1 – 10 years' experience in the business law field (including experience in drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements) in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in the international business.
  • Master's degree in Law in related fields.
  • Experience in supporting business projects from a legal side or in the implementation of best business contracting practices.
  • Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting demands.
  • Attention to detail, punctuality.
  • Ability to build relationships with key clients, co-workers and business partners.
  • Collaborative and consultative team player who possesses an ability to work well both independently and in a team environment including with senior management.
  • Ability to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced environment and successfully manage and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional handling of an additional language would be a significant plus (Italian; Spanish; German; Portuguese; French etc.).
  • Experience in litigation practices will be a strong plus in corporate law.
