We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology Associate Lawyer to join our growing practice.

Role Overview

As an Associate Lawyer in our Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology practice, you will play a key role in advising clients on GDPR, privacy regulations, cybersecurity laws, and technology-related legal matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients across various industries, providing strategic legal guidance on data protection, digital compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on data protection and privacy issues with a technical understanding of evolving new technologies.
  • Providing legal counsel on cybersecurity, and technology transactions.
  • Supporting clients in regulatory investigations, data breaches, and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct trainings on data protection laws tailored to different industries.
  • Keeping up-to-date with evolving digital and data protection laws and advising clients on emerging trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor of Laws (a strong academic record is a plus) and Masters' degree (LLM) with specialization in data protection law, privacy and information security or related areas ideally from a top-tier University. Professional qualification (CIPP/E etc.) and/or IT/IS background will be valued.
  • Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece with 3-5 years of experience in advisory and law enforcement-oriented practice.
  • Excellent command of English (both oral and written).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, drafting and negotiation skills with clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, under strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving with commercial awareness.
