Main responsibilities

  • Represent clients before administrative courts (e.g., challenging administrative decisions)
  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, appeals, judicial recourses, petitions for annulment, submissions) in relation to administrative law matters
  • Represent clients in the challenge of acts and decisions of central and local government and public bodies
  • Providing counsel on public procurement law (especially under Greek law, e.g. Law 4412/2016)
  • Review, negotiate, and draft government contracts / public sector agreements
  • Advise clients on permitting, compliance, land-use and zoning, regulatory issues, fines administrative litigation, and infrastructure development.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance, public sector governance, and administrative procedures
  • Conduct legal research on constitutional, administrative, and regulatory issues
  • Liaise with public authorities and government agencies

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

  • 2-5 years working experience in public/administrative law
  • Qualified Lawyer (Athens or other Lawyer's Bar admission)
  • Postgraduate degree in public law/administrative law
  • Analytical and drafting skills
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both oral and written)
  • Focus on delivering work of high quality
  • Commitment, integrity and work ethics
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member under strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
