Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, a leading Legal Firm in Greece, is looking for two (2) Lawyers to join its Litigation team and its Business Advisory team.

1. Litigation Lawyer

You will be representing clients before the courts and advising on high-stakes disputes across a variety of sectors. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases under tight deadlines.

Your responsibilities:


• Handle civil and commercial litigation cases before all levels of courts


• Draft legal documents, pleadings, court submissions, and legal memoranda


• Conduct legal research and engage in preparing case strategies


• Attend court hearings and handle procedural issues


• Provide clients with timely legal advice and strategic guidance


• Collaborate with internal teams to support multi-disciplinary matters

Your qualifications:


• Qualified lawyer in Greece


• Excellent command of English and computer skills are pre-requisites


• 4-6 years post-qualified experience in litigation


• Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills


• Ability to handle pressure and manage simultaneous cases

2. Business Advisory Lawyer

You will be advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This role requires business-oriented thinking, strong drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to engage with clients on complex legal and regulatory issues.

Your responsibilities:


• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents


• Advise on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters


• Support clients in day-to-day business issues and regulatory requirements (labor, corporate governance, commercial issues, tax, etc.)


• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions


• Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with other practice groups


• Build long-term client relationships by providing practical, high-quality legal solutions

Your qualifications:


• Qualified lawyer in Greece


• 4-6 post-qualified experience in corporate/commercial law


• Postgraduate studies in business or commercial law will be an asset


• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent command of English and computer skills are pre-requisites
