Main responsibilities

  • Legal support in the setting up of new companies (corporate matters, equity matters)
  • Legal support in the drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements covering both sides of the teams' activities (shareholders' agreements, services agreements, share/asset transfer agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts., loans etc)
  • Legal due diligence work (corporate, contractual, private and public tenders)
  • Day-to-day legal advisory and project management support to the companies and/or their investors
  • Transaction support (M&A, project development) to senior team lawyer
  • Legal project management of transactions
  • Cooperation with lawyers of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Master's Degree will be considered a plus
  • Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in corporate and commercial law and/or transactions
  • Excellent command of English (both oral and written)
  • Familiarity will legal technology and good command of Microsoft programs will be appreciated
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative and responsibility
  • Team spirit- willingness to work in teams
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
