Junior Associate Lawyer
to join our
Banking & Finance
team and work on a broad range of projects, including corporate and project finance, ECM/DCM, and regulatory matters.

The Role

As a Junior Associate in our Banking & Finance department, you will become a member of our team, led by Nikos Koritsas and co-managed by Dr. Ioannis Kaptanis and Effie Papoutsi. You will support senior lawyers in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Legal research and drafting of loan, security and other transaction documents
  • Preparation of memoranda and regulatory filings
  • Participation in due diligence processes
  • Support in corporate, structured, and project finance transactions
  • Exposure to ECM/DCM and financial regulation matters

Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Banking & Finance or related legal fields
  • Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications
  • Strong team player, proactive and eager to learn
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong analytical, communication, and research skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high work standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Law
  • Postgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in Finance Law is a plus
  • Admission to the Greek Bar
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
