Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented
In-House Legal Advisor
to join our Legal Department and provide comprehensive legal support across our operations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, offering practical and solution-oriented legal guidance that supports the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with clients, partners, and contractors.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice on corporate, commercial, and civil law matters.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, public authorities, and notaries as required.
  • Support
    due diligence
    ,
    acquisition
    , and
    investment
    processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal and corporate records.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, advising management on implications and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and procedures.
  • (No court attendance required.)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) required; Master's degree or LL.M. in
    Commercial
    ,
    Corporate
    , or
    Real Estate Law
    is a strong asset.
  • Licensed lawyer and member of the
    Athens Bar Association
    (or equivalent).
  • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a law firm or an in-house legal department.
  • Excellent command of
    corporate, civil, and real estate law
    .
  • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both
    Greek and English
    .
  • High level of professional integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
