Aktina Travel Group, the leading travel organization in Greece is now looking for a dynamic B2B Hotel department Specialist to join their team

As a B2B Hotel department Specialist at Aktina Travel Group, you will be responsible for making online reservations, planning trips, organizing travel schedules, and managing land arrangements of hotels, transfers, car rental and group requests. You will work closely with travel agencies, hotels & villas, global suppliers, DMC's and rest of travel vendors to assist on & create online travel solutions that align with our client's needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate on all aspects of b2b hotel department, including, online bookings, transportation, groups, and other land services.
  • Work closely with travel agencies to assist on their specific requests & needs
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and hotel chains to secure the best rates and services
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and special requests with customers around the world, in a timely and professional manner
  • Work jointly with b2b online interfaces as part of ongoing work procedures and special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism.
  • Familiarity with b2b hotel reservations & suppliers worldwide
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar b2b hotel department
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining high service standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of booking/issuing ferry tickets will be considered as a plus
