B2B Sales Department
is seeking a
B2B Sales Support Specialist
to join our team in
Athens, Greece
. In this position you will manage and support the B2B Sales Department daily activities in alignment with established company procedures and approved Commercial policies. Role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to Sales Consultants, provide guidance and support to the B2B Sales Team in achieving their objectives and serve as a key liaison between the Sales Department and other relevant company advisors, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to B2B Sales Teams by preparing and delivering updates, sales materials and relevant information to ensure efficient and seamless sales operations.
  • Oversee ordering, invoicing and delivery processes ensuring alignment with established objectives and contributing to the achievement of agreed targets.
  • Assist the network's B2B Sales Advisors throughout the sales process by delivering timely responses to customer requests and ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity metrics and KPIs, provide Management and Sales Teams with actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Oversee and manage paperwork where necessary.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 2+ years of working experience in similar positions
  • Digital savviness with excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English language (both oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities generating data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills ensuring seamless support operations
  • Problem solving approach delivering practical and timely solutions
  • Ability to work in diverse teams and collaborate harmoniously with various stakeholders and partners
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills delivering high-quality support and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
