About the Founder & CEO

Job Brief

We are looking for a
Travel & Hospitality Associate (Entry Level)
to join our team and grow into a future role in
sales, operations, and supplier management
. This is an
entry-level role designed for recent graduates or junior professionals (0–3 years of experience)
who are eager to build a career in luxury travel and hospitality.

As part of your development, you will receive
comprehensive training across all areas of TrueTrips — sales, operations, and supplier rates/contracts — as well as extensive preparation in hotel operations
. This training will ensure that before relocating, you are fully equipped to contribute effectively at our boutique property in Patmos.

During the
summer season (May–September)
, you will relocate to
the_Petra Hotel
to apply your knowledge in
reception and concierge guest services
, gaining first-hand experience in luxury hospitality and guest relations.

This combined pathway — developing expertise in both
international travel operations
and
boutique hotel management
— will make you a well-rounded professional in the luxury travel industry and prepare you for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences in order to propose tailored travel experiences.
• Prepare quotations and design custom itineraries.
• Organize trips from start to finish: book hotels, tours, transfers, issue ferry and air tickets, and provide assistance during travel.
• Support supplier communications, seasonal planning, and contract setup.
• Pre-Patmos Training:
  Participate in extensive preparation in hotel operations to be ready for the guest-facing role at
  the_Petra Hotel
  .
• Summer Season (May–September, Patmos):
  Apply your knowledge at
  the_Petra Hotel
  in reception & concierge guest services, supporting guest relations and front-desk operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University (fields preferred but not limited to Business, Tourism).
• Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for travel, hospitality, and excellence in service.
• 0–3 years of work experience; this role is designed for juniors.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Patmos from May to September each year.
