• Relevant Experience
  : 0-3 years in account management, digital marketing, or a related field; OR a strong foundational understanding and demonstrable interest in digital marketing if new to the field.
• Outstanding Communication
  : Excellent skills, both written and verbal, are crucial at all levels.

  : A solid grasp of major social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Proven Organisational Skills
  : Exceptional ability to manage tasks, prioritise effectively, and keep projects on track.

  : Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive & Solution-Oriented
  : A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and the initiative to anticipate issues and propose solutions.

  : Ensuring quality, accuracy, and precision in all client communications and project deliverables.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Client Communication & Relationship Management
  : Supporting Account Managers with daily client interactions (emails, calls, briefs), ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Project Coordination & Management
  : Assisting in tracking project updates, gathering client materials, and ensuring smooth information flow to internal teams.
• Strategy & Campaign Implementation
  : Conducting market research and gathering insights to support strategy development; assisting internal teams by relaying client feedback.
• Reporting & Optimisation
  : Helping compile campaign performance reports and presentations, learning to interpret data.
• Team Collaboration & Support
  : Working closely with all departments, relaying client needs and feedback effectively.
• Agency Growth & Service Awareness
  : Learning the agency's full suite of services and assisting senior members in identifying potential opportunities.
