Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in English, has excellent computer skills, and thrives under pressure. As a Junior Travel Agent, you'll support the booking process for business travel, including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking Coordination:
    Assist in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for business clients.
  • Customer Support:
    Provide after-service support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns during their travels.
  • Recordkeeping:
    Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
  • Back Office Support:
    Carry out back-office operations using Panasoft Atlas.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

What We Seek

  • Concentration Under Pressure:
    Ability to stay focused and calm when managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Computer Skills:
    Excellent skills with computers and travel booking software.
  • Back Office Knowledge:
    Familiarity with
    Panasoft Atlas will be considered an asset.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Strong ability to notice and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Team Player:
    Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
