Στο πλαίσιο ενίσχυσης του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, η εταιρεία αναζητά HR Intern για πρακτική άσκηση / internship πλήρους απασχόλησης.

Ενδεικτικές Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:

  • Υποστήριξη στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του HR τμήματος.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία ανάρτησης αγγελιών και πρώτης αξιολόγησης βιογραφικών.
  • Βοήθεια στον προγραμματισμό και στην οργάνωση συνεντεύξεων με υποψηφίους.
  • Συμμετοχή σε onboarding και offboarding διαδικασίες.
  • Υποστήριξη στη δημιουργία και ενημέρωση αρχείων προσωπικού.
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία HR reports και παρουσιάσεων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Φοιτητής/τρια Ανώτατου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ) σε τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς κλάδου.
  • Ενδιαφέρον και διάθεση για ενασχόληση με το HR.
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
