Total Rewards Specialist (Ref. 6014/TRS/ESS/GR) – Hybrid

About the Role:

As a member of the HR team, the Total Rewards Specialist will support the design, implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate and retain talent. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics, this role focuses on the effective execution of the rewards strategy, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and alignment with employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs under the guidance of the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for business leaders regarding pay, incentives and benefits policies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and utilization of total rewards programs, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, recognition and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all areas of compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding total rewards policies and practices.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree and a Master's degree (preferably with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards roles, in a multinational or large organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for practical decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI).
  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
