We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for clients facing technical issues with our partner companys products and services. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems will be essential in maintaining client trust and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat to provide clear, effective communication regarding technical inquiries and resolutions.
  • User Education: Assist clients in understanding and effectively utilizing our partner companys products, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to escalate complex issues and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to offer informed and relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on troubleshooting and client service.
  • Proficiency in French (C1) and English (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset towards client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality service.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,100 EUR gross/month, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the team.
