Role Description
As an Office Administrator & Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. You'll be the point of contact for clients and partners, support HR processes and internal procedures, and provide assistance to our leadership team in handling administrative and financial tasks. You'll also be actively involved in coordinating our Social Media presence and managing post-production needs, making sure everything runs efficiently in the background.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in office management or administrative support
Team spirit and sense of responsibility
High level of professionalism & confidentiality
Strong organizational, time management & problem-solving skills
Excellent command of Greek & English
Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media, and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
