About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Office Coordinator
to join our growing SaaS company in Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting daily administrative functions, and contributing to a productive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for executives and teams.
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team events.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and assist in implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Finance, HR, IT) to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and provide general support to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or in a similar role — preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools or SaaS platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
