SERBIAN PATIENT COORDINATOR

EmbryoClinic
, Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit based in Thessaloniki, is seeking a Serbian Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic and compassionate team.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will
support Serbian-speaking patients
throughout their IVF journey. This role involves managing all aspects of the patient experience — from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up — while ensuring smooth communication between patients and IVF Clinic.

Requirements:

  • Degree from University in any field
  • Fluency in 
    Serbian and Greek
     or
    Serbian and English
    (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to Serbian-speaking patients throughout their IVF journey.
  • Act as the main point of communication between patients and the medical team, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
  • Coordinate appointments, examinations, and treatment procedures in collaboration with medical team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while monitoring the progress of each case.
