Inicio Medical is growing and we're looking for a Medical Secretary / Customer Support Associate to join our mission-driven team.

This full-time, on-site role (Mon–Fri, 11:00–19:00) is at the heart of what we do: helping UK based doctors and their patients connect seamlessly so people can get the care they need, faster and easier.

If you are fluent in English, organized, kind, and love supporting others, you'll fit right in. You will handle patient communication, scheduling, admin coordination, and help shape an exceptional healthcare experience every day.
