Now we're looking for
Greek & English speaking Customer Support Agents
to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Day
Shift

Working Hours:
09 AM - 18 PM
and
14 PM - 23 PM (with an option of working 17 PM - 02 AM) which is rotating each week;

Working days:
5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;

OR

Late
Shift - Perfect for students

Working Hours:
17 PM - 02 AM;

Working days:
5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;


IMPORTANT
:
This position is office based in Sofia, Bulgaria, our office is located on 51, Blv. "Cherni Vrah", Office "Energy Tower".


Entry level position
- you can apply with little or no experience.

Responsibilities:

Providing support in Greek and English
by email and Live chats
;

Processing with great attention to details and content;

Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken;

Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Attention to detail;

Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
