Company Description

BlueMed is a wholesaler specializing in medical consumables, devices, and diagnostics. As an official distributor for Solventum (Former 3M), MESI diagnostic devices, MEDIANA Body Analyzers etc, BlueMed handles various well-established brands to meet the diverse needs of medical professionals.

The role addressed, is for Medical Sales Representative in Attica. A full-time hybrid role from Monday to Friday (some exceptions included due to medical conferences) with customizable working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, procurement officers, and administrators.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Product Demonstrations

  • Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of medical equipment to potential buyers.
  • Highlight the features, benefits, and clinical advantages of the equipment.

Customer Support

  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide ongoing support.
  • Train healthcare professionals on the proper use of the equipment.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the company to improve products and services.

Regulatory and Compliance Awareness

  • Understand and adhere to medical and regulatory standards relevant to the equipment.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant sales practices.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
  • Prepare reports for management on sales performance and market feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in medical equipment, NOT pharmaceutical.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Mandatory English and Greek (oral & written)
