Accounting Support Associate - Italian speaking

Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has the country headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. This is a full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, and the office location is in the city centre.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

Handling invoices registration (in Italian language)

Prepare and record accounting entries and related financial records

Managing payments

Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Finance or Economics

Two years of experience in the Accounting field

Fluency in Italian is necessary

Fluency in English

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Customer-centric approach

Attention to detail

Ability to plan and organise
