Commercial Support Associate

Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: COM - 1025

Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has the country headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide commercial support to traders and cooperate with them on all matters of order follow-upCommunicate with suppliers regarding product availability and shipment scheduleReceive all relevant documentation from supplier and ensure that it is complete and accurate according to the customer's requirementsGenerate orders within the ERP system and document all details received from the corresponding traders (purchase/sales)Manage and maintain accurate records of customer and vendor communication, transactions, contracts and other relevant documentation

Collaborate with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field

Experience in a similar position, sales/export and or purchases/imports preferably in a multinational environment

Excellent knowledge of English

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Customer-centric approach

Critical thinking skills

Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
