Θέση εργασίας πλήρους απασχόλησης με κυλιόμενες βάρδιες.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνία με οικιακό / εταιρικό πελατολόγιο
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων για εξυπηρέρηση πελατών κινητής τηλεφωνίας
  • Αναγνώριση των αναγκών των πελατών και παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Προηγούμενη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση εργασίας θα εκτιμηθεί 
  • Προσωπικότητα που αρέσκεται να θέτει στόχους
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet browsers)
  • Ικανότητα απόδοσης υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
