Logistics Associate - Japanese speaking

Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We would like to hire a professional who will be working for the Japan area, and with a working schedule of 5:00 - 13:00.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation for the delivery of goods and communicate with logistics companies

  • Communication with suppliers and clients across Japan

  • Handle import and export procedures

  • In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in the Logistics Sector

  • Excellent knowledge of English

  • Excellent knowledge of Japanese

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer-centric approach

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
