About the Company

We are an international company specialized in providing skilled and unskilled workers from abroad (India, Nepal, and other countries). With the growing demand for workforce in agriculture, construction, and hospitality sectors across Greece, we are expanding our presence and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients in agriculture, construction, and hospitality industries
  • Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships with HR managers, executives, and company owners
  • Promote and present our foreign workforce solutions tailored to the needs of the Greek market
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close contracts in collaboration with the head office
  • Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade fairs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably HR services, outsourcing, construction, hospitality, or agriculture)
  • Strong network of contacts within relevant industries in Greece
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across Greece when required
