Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Process Analyst. The Senior Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans for optimization. Daily tasks include conducting business process analyses, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and ensuring the successful management of business processes. The Analyst will also be tasked with monitoring the progress of process improvements and providing recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management skills
  • Possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Business Process methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in automation and application development is a plus
  • Experience in Low-code development is a plus
  • Experience in Workflow Automation technologies is a plus
