Business Operations Coordinator
to join their growing team.

You are responsible for:

  • Handle accounting and administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and documentation
  • Support the Internal Sales team with daily activities and coordination
  • Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
  • Organize company events, conferences, and trade show participation
  • Oversee orders, deliveries, and stock management
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure that all aspects of the office run efficiently and support management as needed

Your Education & Qualifications are:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar
  • Previous experience in a technical, software, or technology company
  • Background in office administration or accounting support
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM

You are a professional with:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
