As an HR Generalist based in Thessaloni, Greece:


Your mission:

  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers for day-to-day queries and guidance.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication & feedback).
  • Support hiring managers in defining role profiles and selection criteria.
  • Organize and deliver a smooth onboarding & induction experience for new hires.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments, letters, certifications) in alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Support internal HR communications (announcements, updates, HR-related content on internal channels).
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across business units to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to culture, engagement, recognition and wellbeing.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider HR team on group-wide initiatives and activities.


What You Need:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist / HR Officer role, preferably in an organized, fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of core HR processes and practices.
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in IT / technology / multi-company or growing organizations.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or employer branding activities.
  • Postgraduate studies in HRM or a related field.
