We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate.

Our client is a leading organization in the security services sector, with a strong presence across both public and private domains and a commitment to delivering high-quality safety and protection solutions.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent for operational needs, primarily in frontline security roles.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume positions, develop sourcing strategies, and work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing demands efficiently and professionally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline and operational roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for security guards, drivers, and other essential positions.
  • Post job ads across multiple platforms and monitor performance to ensure visibility and response rates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through CV review, phone interviews, and in-person assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and track key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements regarding hiring (e.g., security licenses, certifications).

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or blue-collar hiring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Greek and English.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, online job platforms, and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a team-oriented mindset.
