Our Team focuses on the following key areas of activity:


• Analysis and design of corporate organizational models, defining both the macro and micro organizational structures (e.g., organizational charts, functional charts, span of control, organizational layers, etc.) and Governance Models (e.g., roles, responsibilities, communication and collaboration mechanisms, decision-making and escalation processes, etc.).


• Evolution of operating models and corporate ways of working (Target Operating Model), including strategic assessment of transformation programs and design of the TOM's key dimensions (organization, processes, ways of working, systems, etc.).


• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of organizational sizing (e.g., process metrics, headcount/Full-Time Equivalent, skills, etc.) and definition of rightsizing models aimed at maximizing process and activity effectiveness and efficiency.


• Process analysis and optimization, identifying functional areas for improvement and intervention actions to enable operational efficiency and ensure optimal cost management, while emphasizing key activities that contribute to value creation and competitive advantage.


• Design of HR strategies and organizational development models to optimize the employee experience, evolve corporate culture and climate, enhance organizational talent, and strengthen the HR function's role as a strategic business partner.

#Your Role

As a Junior Operating Model & Organization Design Analyst, you will focus on the proactive and responsible execution of the project activities you are involved in. Under the guidance of more experienced colleagues, you will be accountable for the quality of your work and its full alignment with priorities, objectives, and client needs, consistently striving to achieve our ambition: "make an impact that matters".

Key Activities


• Collect and analyze data to drive project initiatives


• Create presentations and documentation to support project delivery


• Collaborate proactively with the project team to achieve shared goals


• Communicate ideas and proposals clearly and effectively


• Focus on results, take ownership of your work, and ensure high-quality outcomes


• Demonstrate strong teamwork, actively supporting colleagues while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude

Qualifications and Required Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering


• Strong interest in Organization Design topics


• Excellent command of the English language. Good command of English. Knowledge of Italian Language will be considered as a plus


• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset


• High motivation for the consulting sector


• Organizational autonomy, initiative, and creativity


• Team-oriented approach


• Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering is a plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

Nice to Have:


• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI,…)


• Knowledge of Organizational Frameworks


• Familiarity with HR Management processs
