#AboutYourRole
As an Atlassian specialist in the operations team, you support clients in operations as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Operations:
Monitoring and ensuring the availability of Atlassian environments - Troubleshooting:
Proactive troubleshooting and application of security patches - 2nd and 3rd Level Support:
Proactive error analysis and application of security patches. Direct support for user inquiries and issue resolution.
#Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferably in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information
Systems
or related. - Basic understanding of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
- Strong command of the
English language - Analytical and proactive mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new challenges
- Excellent team player with clear and effective communication skills
#Bonus Qualifications
- German Language Skills
- IT Service Management Technical Delivery Accreditation
- Product Development Technical Delivery Accreditation
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence administration (data center incidents)
