  • We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Junior CRM Manager. This role is open exclusively to current employees based in Greece who are interested in growing their career within the CRM and Retention field.

Role Overview

The Junior CRM Manager will support the Retention team in executing CRM strategies, managing customer data, launching marketing campaigns, and improving overall customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in developing and implementing CRM and retention strategies.


• Support campaign execution across email, SMS, push, and onsite channels.


• Configure promotions, bonuses, free spins, and technical settings in the backend.


• Perform QA checks and create/follow up on Jira tasks.


• Maintain accurate customer data, segments, and campaign lists.


• Monitor key KPIs and prepare performance reports.


• Gather customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.


• Collaborate with Retention, Marketing, Product, and internal teams.


• Provide administrative support (scheduling, reporting, documentation).

• Good analytical and organizational skills.


• Interest in CRM, customer behavior, and retention.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
