Our
Enterprise, Technology & Performance
team takes on a variety of tasks, including the implementation and management of risk-related processes, tools, and documentation for well-known clients. We work on current topics such as cyberattacks, compliance, data protection, identity management, contract management, sustainability, and project risks.

#AboutYourRole

As a Junior Developer/Jira specialist, you will support the configuration, customization, and extension of Jira and Confluence systems. You'll gain hands-on experience developing features and assisting in client implementations under the guidance of senior engineers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Programming and integration of new features into existing systems
• Customization of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Development and implementation of plugins (both custom and third-party)

#KeyQualifications

• Bachelors, preferably in
  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems
  or related.
• Basic understanding of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Atlassian APIs and REST integration.
• Eagerness to learn Agile and DevOps practices.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, etc)
• Strong command of the
  English language
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new challenges
• Excellent team player with clear and effective communication skills
