IT Support Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, and contribute to the maintenance and security of our infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused communication, and hands-on experience with system administration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT equipment (PCs, printers, telephony systems).
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups, ensuring high availability of IT services.
  • Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions to maintain a strong knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with firewalls (FortiGate), virtualization (VMware), and telephony systems (Cisco) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft) will be considered an asset.
