We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
IT Support Specialist
to join our team and provide onsite technical support at the offices of a key client in the heart of Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, peripherals).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
  • Log, track, and document support requests.
  • Assist in small-scale IT projects and office tech setups when needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Active Directory).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Degree or current studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered an asset.
