Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in
SCCM / MECM
to join our onsite team in Athens. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end IT support, ensuring seamless operations, system deployment, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd level IT support, focusing on
    SCCM/MECM
    administration, deployment, and patch management.
  • Manage application packaging, software distribution, and OS deployments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SCCM/MECM-related incidents and escalations.
  • Maintain compliance of desktops, laptops, and servers through patching and endpoint management.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and system optimization.
  • Document technical processes, knowledge base articles, and provide training to junior support staff.
  • Ensure IT support activities align with security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in
    IT Support / End-User Computing
    roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    SCCM / MECM
    (installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting).
  • Experience in
    application packaging, OS deployment, and patch management
    .
  • Solid understanding of Windows server and desktop environments.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and endpoint security tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek language a plus).

  • Experience in global enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
