We are looking for a passionate and skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering modern, secure, and highly available IT services across our client's platforms—both on-premise and in the cloud.

In this role, you will:

  • Optimize application server environments
  • Improve ways of working and overall efficiency of the IT Service Management across on-premises & cloud infrastructures
  • Drive complex troubleshooting and long-term resolutions across mission-critical services
  • Lead monitoring, patching & automation efforts
  • Provide scripts, coupled with extensive experience in automation technologies for data center automation
  • Collaborate with internal and regional teams to ensure resilience, performance & service quality

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of deep experience in IT operations (on-prem & cloud) preferably in banking or consulting environments
  • Deep understanding of IT Operations processes, Automation tools and experience on coordinating complex cross functional projects with large teams
  • Experience in developing enterprise-grade monitoring solutions (incl. Application performance Monitoring), CMDB, IT Asset Registry & Patching Automation suites
  • Experience with scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bicep, KQL) and API integrations
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security topics, such as security standards (ISO27001, PCI-DSS), Vulnerability Assessment
  • Are fluent in English
