IT Business Analyst
. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our core business in large International Information Systems. The company is expanding its activities in Greece offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational and professional background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.

What will you do...

  • Requirements analysis;
  • System Process and Data modelling;
  • Architectural analysis and definition;
  • Create user stories for the development team;
  • Prototyping.

What is your experience...

  • 3+ years
    of proven experience in analysis and design of large information systems;
  • A degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics);
  • Good knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design and Integration;
  • Proven experience in structured or agile software development methodologies;
  • Good knowledge Functional / Non-functional requirements analysis;
  • Good knowledge of UML and Use Case analysis;
  • Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling;
  • Good knowledge of XML/XSD technologies;
  • Ability to draft technical documentation.

Experience in the following will be considered an asset...

  • Hands on experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Gherkin and Cucumber;
  • Knowledge of BPMN;
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA);
  • Knowledge of Web services (SOAP or REST);

  • Good presentation and communication skills in English as a professional language;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivation;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the activities he/she is involved;
  • Proactivity and delivery of tasks within agreed deadlines;
  • Focus on quality of work results with great attention to detail;
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies and requirements;
  • Ability to work effectively & efficiently with various diverse and geographically distributed work teams;
