Analytix Consulting provides consulting and project implementation services to the Banking and Financial industry since 1997. We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst to join our project team.

Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into functional specifications

·  
Plan, prepare and manage testing processes to ensure high product quality

·  
Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form

·  
Manage project dependencies and capacities

Candidate Profile

· 
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields

·
4+ years of experience in a Financial Services organization or Software Provider

· 
Experience across all project phases (fit/gap, design, implementation, test, rollout, production support)

· 
Ability to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria

·  
Ability to analyze tasks and break them down into coherent features

·  
Effective time management and organizational abilities

·  
Experience in working with cross-functional, multinational teams

·  
Analytical and problem-solving skills

·  
Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English

Nice to Have

·  
Master's Degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or other related fields

·  
Knowledge and experience in business modelling, requirements management and testing tools

·  
Experience in Debt Management and/or Loans Management
