What will your job look like?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Athens. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and agile project environments. Experience with BPMN, Jira, Azure Boards, or similar platforms is highly desirable. A background in the telecommunications industry is preferred. SQL querying skills are a strong plus.


•  Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes.

•  Create and maintain BPMN diagrams to model business workflows.

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

•  Work closely with development teams using Jira, Azure Boards, or similar tools to manage user stories and tasks.

•  Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.

•  Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases.

•  Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:


•  5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

•  Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling tools

•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

•  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

•  Experience in the telecom industry is a strong advantage

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
 
Good-to-have Skills:


•  Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or similar platforms

•  Familiarity with SQL and ability to write basic queries
