The key responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst will include:

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyzes current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
• Translates business needs into technical specifications and prepares supporting documentation such as data models and process flows.
• Assesses and recommends technology solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with industry best practices.
• Supports end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitates communication between IT and business teams while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.

The key requirements of this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
• 2-5 years' experience in technology business analysis. Experience in banking operations and financial services will be consider as an asset.
• Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
