ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading digital platform for services and payments, is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team.

IT Business Analyst (6004/ITBA/RS/GR)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve project requirements specializing on web and mobile applications

  • Script on MS SQL to distribute information/data to the appropriate systems

  • Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing and report findings back to the appropriate teams

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure the business needs are prioritized and planned

  • Offer support to front facing departments (Customer Service, Marketing) and identify bugs/issues and report them to the appropriate teams

  • Conduct post-project evaluation

  • Close collaboration with Project manager in order to share the business analysis, status, risks and attention points at every step of the project and with all IT team, especially developers, for the smooth conduction of business analysis and needed development actions

  • Ensure the smooth and stable post-project operations (Live web & mobile application) when relevant, contributing to fixing issues when appropriate

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of computer applications experience

  • BSc in Information Systems or relevant field

  • Experience on MS SQL scripting and MS SQL tools

  • Experience with Postman, preferred

  • Project management and sense of urgency skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek

  • Experience with best practices in web and mobile programming
