About the Role:

We are seeking experienced
Business Analysts
(Senior and Mid-level) to join team in Athens. In this role, you will act as the vital link between the business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, designing Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and maintain
    Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
    .
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable
    user stories
    .
  • Manage and prioritize the
    product backlog
    in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Act as the
    liaison between business and technical teams
    , ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Provide
    support during UAT
    , assisting users and resolving issues as needed.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Greek nationality or valid work permit
    – candidates must be based in
    Athens, Greece
    and able to work onsite.
  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    (Senior: 5+ years, Mid: 2–4 years).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Greek.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality documentation.
