The Role

Are you a data-savvy problem-solver who thrives on turning insights into action? Do you want to play a critical role in shaping strategy, scaling operations, and optimizing revenue across global markets? If so, we want to meet you.

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our high-performing Revenue & Business Optimization Team. In this strategic, cross-functional role, you'll work at the intersection of data, operations, and leadership in order to unlock growth, drive efficiencies, and power smarter decision-making at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Reporting & Analysis Design, build, and refine dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to align on goals, execute growth strategies, and measure impact in real-time.
  • Revenue Modeling & Forecasting Build economic models to evaluate revenue streams, identify growth opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions that directly impact our growth and success.
  • Scalable Innovation Bring a startup mindset—experiment, iterate, and implement scalable solutions that support our mission to transform urban living across cities worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or FP&A role—ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong command of data analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a strong plus
