Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medior Business Analyst based in Athens, Greece. The Medior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, transforming business requirements into functional specifications, planning, preparing and managing testing processes. The role also involves facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, and assisting in the delivery of projects to ensure client satisfaction and objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including collecting and documenting business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with working collaboratively in dynamic and cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
