Role:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior IT Business System Analyst, located in Athens, with some remote work flexibility. The Senior IT Business System Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; conducting detailed business systems analysis; creating system specifications; and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The role also involves defining workflows, identifying solutions to enhance business processes, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality system implementations.

Main responsibilities

· Participate in workshops with clients to gather business requirements

· Match user requirements with system capabilities

· Participate in fit & gap analysis workshops

· Participate in configuration and parameterization of IT system modules

· Describe customizations needed and co-operate with developers for their implementation

· Participate in Unit & Integration Tests

· Co-operate with Customer's users to support User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Main requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Economics or related field
  • At least 7 years of work experience in Business Analysis, 4 of them in Portfolio Investment and/or Banking IT Solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Team spirit manage every single detail to deliver quality deliverables
  • Strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced writing capabilities in Greek and English

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 7 years of experience in Business Analysis IT Banking or Portfolio Investments Solutions
  • Experience in software testing (unit, integration and UAT)
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience or at least a solid understanding of project management
